Scott Woodford is the current President and Director of Training for Personal Protection Consultants, Inc. having worked for the company since 1992. Scott is the Director of Training for the PATH® "Practical and Tactical Handcuffing", OCAT® "Oleoresin Capsicum Aerosol Training", PPBT® "Personal Protection Baton Tactics" and PPCD “Personal Protection Control & Defense” training programs.

Kimberly Woodford is the Vice-President of Personal Protection Consultants, Inc.  Having worked for PPC, Inc. since 1995, Kim is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business.  All matters pertaining to the business operation are coordinated by Kim from PPC, Inc. headquarters.
